The ARU 8500 antenna-integrated reader is the all-in-one device for direction detection. Based on an Ethernet communication interface and its circular switch beam technology, the reader detects the movement of goods and objects. It also recognizes dynamic and static RFID tags, avoids false detection of goods or protects against theft. Based on the latest RFID standards, such as EPC Gen2v2/ISO 18000-63, the ARU 8500 antenna reader from Kathrein supports all market-leading transponder chip features for security, authentication and encoding.
