Simple creation of a ticket by e-mail and subsequent confirmation of receipt
\nHigh availability during working hours thanks to our central support mailbox
\nStandardized entry check and content-oriented distribution to the relevant expert
\nContinuous and automated tracking of your tickets so that nothing is left behind
\nComplete documentation of all actions within the ticket via mail history<\/p>\n

New tickets will no longer be processed in the previous ticketing system with immediate effect.<\/strong>
