As an official partner of Kathrein or as an assigned key customer, we will be pleased to plan and implement your projects with our certified project managers. The consulting principle of "listening" is also followed in project management.
According to the guiding rule mentioned above, we have also aligned our own project management process in accordance with the RFID and RTLS projects. Depending on the project’s size, complexity and duration, we decide together which model we will use for your project in compliance with the project management manual we have developed ourselves. The project work is perfected by using the latest and proven software (for example, Microsoft Project, easyREDMINE) in order to offer you the best possible transparency in terms of time, costs and quality.

With our project management approach of resource planning, we pursue the most optimal resource allocation in our project landscape, including expert requirements planning, for the Kathrein team assigned to you. Depending on the degree of assignment, our certified project managers are available to you as the primary contact and escalation instance throughout the project’s entire course.
