the official announcement released on Monday, February 25, 2019, regarding the sale of Kathrein SE's business unit „Products“ to the long-term technology partner and customer Ericsson from Sweden has no effect on the contracts or orders between your company and Kathrein Solutions GmbH.
Kathrein Solutions GmbH continues to be part of the Kathrein Group. As a 100% independent subsidiary, it is responsible for Kathrein's worldwide IoT/RFID business and will continue to provide you with innovative IoT system solutions, as usual.
