We have great news: we are switching to a new ticket system with immediate effect. To create a ticket, all you need to do in future is send us an e-mail to the following address:

We made a conscious decision to make this switch because we can offer you comprehensive added value with a state-of-the-art ticket system:
Simple creation of a ticket by e-mail and subsequent confirmation of receipt
High availability during working hours thanks to our central support mailbox
Standardized entry check and content-oriented distribution to the relevant expert
Continuous and automated tracking of your tickets so that nothing is left behind
Complete documentation of all actions within the ticket via mail history
New tickets will no longer be processed in the previous ticketing system with immediate effect.
This system is completely closed when all open tickets have been processed and closed.
