A decisive aspect for the successful implementation of an RFID project is the application software. The building blocks for this are the reader firmware with all the necessary commands and the Kathrein Linux for the internal controller (except RRU 1400 and ARU 2400).
This is supplemented by external control, which can take place via our CrossTalk IoT software suite or via the customer's own application software. Here again, it is possible to develop this as native software in C++ or C# or to use the .NET development platform from Microsoft.
For simple tasks, Kathrein offers apps that have been developed for specific tasks and run directly on the reader.
