CrossTalk Service Contract
With the maintenance and 3rd level support services for our CrossTalk software, you can make your operations run much more smoothly together with us.
The core services relate to:
- access to the latest update and upgrade versions for CrossTalk Server, Agent and associated solution modules
- the provision of security-relevant updates (patches)
- support in the event of errors via our ticket system with a direct contact person
- Activation and usage of the CrossTalk Quality App for analysis purpose
The costs (monthly or annually) are based on the number of CrossTalk licenses purchased within your server environment and are quoted separately. For the initial contract in connection with the initial purchase of the licenses, for the renewal as a separate offer per period.
